Liesl Ulrich-Verderber is the founder and principal of Castle Road Consulting. Drawing on a background in entrepreneurship, digital media, education technology, and mission-driven leadership, Liesl brings a practical, business-minded perspective to purpose-driven work.
Throughout her career, Liesl has worked at the intersection of mission, media, technology, and organizational strategy, including as co-founder of The Goodness Exchange, a global media platform focused on rigorously sourced stories of progress and innovation. Through Castle Road Consulting, she partners with nonprofit leaders and mission driven organizations to strengthen long-term strategy, design sustainable programs, apply entrepreneurial rigor, and support leadership continuity.
